Obviously we strongly believe in the power of being able to talk about our emotions and helping our children to do the same — but we were delighted to read one of our Wee Seeds users thinks that our web-app has helped her do just that.
You can read more about how Wee Seeds has helped Ellie and her 6 year old while we all try to Parent in a Pandemic here and find Wee Seeds here
Finally, we’ve been spending some time looking for resources to help you — and have started to collect them all together in one place. You’ll find a list of child friendly and parent mindfulness, meditation, movement practices on the spreadsheet — as well as a range of resources about talking to your kids about CV-19
You can find our Family Handbook here.
Stay safe.
